Summary

Haulcy is the type of safety prospect that I fall in love with every year. The big, physical box player that wants nothing more than to meet a ball carrier at full speed downhill. His production at free safety, despite that being out of position for him in my opinion, is really intriguing. As a roaming safety type, I love this player and see him as a clear RD1 player. If a team is going to deploy him in a more man-heavy alignment, that ceiling gets lower.
