Strengths

Aggressive and physical in the run game - plays through the whistle and is actively trying to put his opponent in the dirt.
Good overall job of using his length and frame to utilize a bend-but-don’t-break mentality in pass protection.
Mountain of a player and with really good strength and heavy hands in the run game.
Good low (for him) center of gravity.
Good ability to pull in the run game.
Good initial kickback in pass protection that covers a lot of ground and puts him in a great position.

Concerns/Weaknesses

The anchor in pass protection is inconsistent, which is surprising.
Has some trouble with speed rushers, where he consistently lets them get the edge but then tries to box (or seal) them away from the QB. Works if your QB consistently steps up in the pocket, and is a real problem if they tend to float backwards or to the side.
Can get grabby when he gets flustered with quick attacks, leading to holding penalties.

Summary
Proctor falls into this really interesting, and annoying, categorization for me where he feels between grades. On one hand, what I see on tape is a mountain of a tackle that shows competency in both phases of protection. On the other hand, there are many small holes in his game that could be attributed to either technical deficiency, or limitations of size, and the overall consistency of dominance is not what I would prefer. If he can clean up the technicals and become more consistent, he could become a plus starter, but if not, the path becomes muddy.
