Strengths

Great stop/start and burst ability.
Physical through the route and the catch point.
Good agility and lateral movement.
Good ball tracking and body control in contested catch situations.
Good feel for zone and is a middle of the field merchant.
Can win extra yards after the catch breaking through arm tackles with power.

Concerns/Weaknesses

Inconsistent with press man coverage; sometimes gets stuck at the line, other times can shrug it off.
Inconsistent hands; shows that he can be a hands catcher but has too many body catches for my liking.
Underdeveloped route tree; slants and curls are the only ones with real polish.

Summary
Sarratt played as an X in college, but I think better translates as a power slot in the NFL. That’s not a downgrade either; the specific role is one of my favorites. He can be effective Year 1 when asked to do what he does best. If a team is looking for him to be more of an X receiver, there needs to be significant improvement on running a full route tree.
